Jingting Lvxue is roasted green tea, produced in Jingting Mountain, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, is a restored historical tea, the predecessor of the construction corps of the Fourth Division 17 regiment in 1972 began to develop the restoration of Jingting Lvxue, developed successfully in 1978, after many times won the title of famous tea. Now together with Huangshan Mao Feng and Liu'an Gua Piece are called the three famous teas in Anhui Province. The name of Jingting Lvxue comes from the fact that when the tea leaves are brewed, the tea leaves themselves are bright green, while the white hairs are shaking off like falling snow in a colorful manner.

Xuancheng is the origin of Xuan paper, and is also the hometown of Hu Xueyan, the "red-top merchant". Jingting Mountain is located in the northern suburbs of Xuancheng city, formerly known as Zhaoting Mountain, in the early Jin Dynasty to avoid the emperor, the name changed to Jingting Mountain, belongs to the branch of the Yellow Mountain. Jingting Mountain is not lofty, producing Jingting Lvxue Jingting Mountain tea farms generally about 200 meters above sea level.

How to brew

Jingting Lvxue is a relatively low category in green tea, so the water temperature needs to be lowered when brewing and the steeping time needs to be extended appropriately. It is recommended to brew in a thin-skinned lidded bowl with water temperature of 80~85℃, under pitching method, the first bubble of 10~15 seconds out of the soup, and you can brew 4 bubbles. After brewing, there is a sense of emerald clouds. The aroma is strong and fresh, the tea broth is smooth, the hairs are obvious, the water contains aroma, orchid or chestnut aroma.
