About Jiuhua Buddha tea

Jiuhua Mountain is the dojo of Jizo Bodhisattva, and legend has it that Jiuhua Buddha tea is also given by Jizo Bodhisattva, and early planted by monks, production, so the name "Buddha tea". Generally picked in mid to late April when the first bud and two leaves are first spread, the production process is killing, spreading, making shape, drying, picking. Making the shape is very crucial, and it is a necessary step to form the unique shape of Jiuhua Buddha tea.

How to brew

Recommend to use straight glass cup for brewing. The water temperature is around 90°C. It is suitable to use the upper pitching method in order to observe the unfolding of the tea leaves and not to smash the cooked tea leaves. Brew for 1 minute. Immediately after brewing, the leaves are green and white, with a light aroma. The soup color is pure, and the taste is clean and breezy.
