About Baihao Yinzhen
Baihao Yinzhen is a white tea product made of single buds of white tea or Shui Xian tea tree, which is made by specific processes such as withering, drying and picking, etc. The white hairs are dense and the outer shape resembles a needle, hence the name. Baihao Yinzhen is a full bud tea, the picking time is very short, around March 22nd every year, to end around April 1st, its cycle is only about 10 days. In addition to the rainy spring, the amount of Baihao Yinzhen that can be picked is very small.

How to brew
It is best brewed in a covered bowl with a water temperature of 90~95°C, Down pitching method. The first bubble of tea buds need to be infused and sink time, it is recommended to steep for 1 minute; the second to fifth bubble, each bubble 5~10 seconds to produce soup.
