About Emei Xueya tea
Emei Xueya tea basically harvested from high mountain tea plantations at 800~1500 meters above sea level, and was made by monks in temples in the early days. The modern production of Emei Xueya, the cultural nature of which also fully reflects Buddhist thoughts, has a grade classification that includes Zen Heart level of Heavenly Zen Heart, Extra Zen Heart, and First Grade Zen Heart; and Wisdom level of Heavenly Wisdom, Extra Wisdom, and First Grade Wisdom.
Emei Mountain Buddhism focuses on nourishing health with tea, and regards the three daily hours of c and dao, noon and houhai as nodes of health. At the Yin-Mao hour, that is, around 5:00 a.m., drink the morning tea and ask to drink it before defecation to turn turbidity into clarity, moisten the intestines and nourish the skin. At the noon hour, that is, after lunch, drink the tea of noon, can stabilize the teeth, strengthen the body. In the 11:00 p.m., that is, around 9:00 p.m., for the evening tea, do not drink and used to clean the face, can brighten the eyes and nourish the blood.

How to brew
Best brewed in a straight glass cup. The water temperature is about 80℃, no need to wash the tea, brew for 1 minute. After brewing, the aroma of tea rises in the air, the tea broth is crystal clear and moist, the mouth is slightly bitter, however, the bitterness comes to the end.
