About Huiming tea
Huiming tea was originally created in Jingning Huiming Temple. In the early Tang Dynasty, the monk Huiming went to Jingning to build the temple, the temple was named because of the monk, and the tea was named because of the temple. Ming Chenghua eighteen years (1482), Huiming tea was listed as a tribute; in 1915, won the Panama Universal Exposition gold medal. The production of Huiming tea was interrupted at a later stage, and was recreated and resumed in 1971. 1979 was officially named "Golden Award Huiming Tea".

How to brew
Use a thin lidded bowl or glass cup to brew the tea, placing the amount of tea about 1/4 of the main brewer. 85~90℃ water temperature, medium pitching method or lower pitching legal point slightly lower position brewing. The first 5-10 seconds of the first bubble, you can make 5 bubbles, and increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds per bubble from the third bubble.
