Jintan is close to Shanghai in the east and Nanjing in the west, with four distinct seasons and pleasant climate, and Mao Mountain, a sacred place of Taoism in China, is located here. Jintan Queshe is named after its shape like a bird's tongue, and is a flat green tea, which is one of the newly created famous teas in Jiangsu Province in the 1980s.

The origin of Jintan Queshe Mao Mountain is a national 5A level tourist attraction, with rolling hills, pine and green bamboo, covered with forest shade all year round, with clouds steaming in the sky. Ancient people praised: "The peak emerges from the clouds, the smoke rises from the valley." Such a heavenly blessed place has created the excellent quality of Jintan Queshe.

How to brew

It is most preferable to use a straight glass cup, using the medium pitching method, without washing the tea. The water temperature is about 85℃, brew for 1 minute first, fill up the water and then brew for 1 minute again. After brewing, the aroma turns back and comes out through the lid, the soup color is bright and the tea buds are moist and swollen. The taste is fresh and crisp, and the aroma is elegant.
