About Mengding Ganlu tea

Mengding Ganlu grows in Mengding Mountain, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. Ya'an is known as "Rain City", good ecology, and Mengding Mountain is the earliest place where there are written records of China's artificial cultivation of tea, Mengding Mountain on Qingfeng is said to be the ancestor of the Han Dynasty Manna Wu Li Zhen hand-planted seven immortal tea site. During the Tang and Song dynasties, Mengding tea was listed as a tribute, as a tribute to heaven and earth, ancestors of the exclusive use, has been inherited until the Qing dynasty.

How to brew

High quality Mengding Ganlu can withstand high temperature brewing. It is recommended to use a thin lidded bowl with about 1/4 of the capacity of the lidded bowl, water temperature around 90℃, and brewed by the down pitching method. The first bubble of 5 seconds of soup can be brewed for 4 bubbles, with each bubble increasing the steeping time by 5 seconds. After brewing, the aroma of Mengding Ganlu is particularly long, the initial taste is the natural green leaves, slowly tasting out the rich, soothing aroma unique to orchids, the tea broth is delicate and sweet, and the inner content is rich and beautiful.
