How to brew

It is recommended to brew in a glass or thin covered bowl with water temperature around 85℃, under the pitching method. The soup comes out in 10 seconds for the first brew, and can be brewed for 5 bubbles. After brewing, the aroma is high and emits a fresh bean fragrance.
