The origin of Taihu Cuizhu is located in Doushan, Wuxi, which is a good place to grow tea trees because of its beautiful scenery and ecological environment. Once marketed, Taihu Cuizhu quickly gained the recognition of the majority of tea people, together with Huishan clay people, Wuxi gluten called "Wuxi three great".

Taihu Cuizhu is flat like a bamboo leaf, green and oily in color, with occasional white frost. The taste is fresh and mellow, the aroma is clear and persistent, the soup color is clear and bright, the leaf base is green and uniform, and the style is unique. When brewed in the cup, the tender green tea buds stretch out slowly, shaped like bamboo leaves, standing in a pavilion, like the bamboo forest in the mountains, hence the name.

How to brew

Best brewed in a straight glass, glass covered bowl. The water temperature is about 85℃, brew for 1 minute. The tea broth tastes fresh and mellow, the fragrance is persistent, the bitterness is slightly heavy, the soup color is clear and bright.
