About Taquan Yunwu tea

Taquan Yunwu tea area at an altitude of 1155 meters on the northern slope of the peak mountain, so also known as "peak Yunwu", generally picked before and after the rainy season, because there is often snowfall on the mountain here in March.

According to the "Xuancheng County" records, Taquan Yunwu in the Ming and Qing dynasties flourished, tea production Xuanzhou in the two Jin Dynasty tea has been known throughout the country, the local history of tea planting has been more than 1700 years.

How to brew

It is most preferable to brew in a straight glass cup with a water temperature of about 95°C. The first brew is brewed for 1~2 minutes. After brewing, the tea broth is clear, the orchid aroma is obvious, and the tea broth has an aftertaste in light.
