How to brew

It is most preferable to brew in a glass cup, which helps to appreciate the process of sinking and floating of tea leaves in water. With the medium pitching method, there is no need to wash the tea, and the water temperature is about 85℃, and it can be brewed along the wall of the cup for 1 minute. After brewing, the bottom of the leaves are neat and tidy, the tea broth is light in color but soft and green, the tea taste is clear, the mouth is smooth and sweet. The leaf base is fine and tender, evenly formed.
